I was browsing Blogger help group this afternoon when I came across the following question:
How do I add keyword for my site to increase higher traffic through Google search?
First before you add keywords to your blog for best possible ranking in the search engines, you need to determine what keyword phrases are likely to bring in relevant traffic to your blog.
The best way to find keywords that are relevant to your post is by using a keyword suggestion tool like Wordtracker keyword suggestion too or Google Keyword Tool.
If you use “SEO Blogger” you can do keyword research and optimize your posts as you write.
Write and Optimize Your Post
- Consider using keywords relevant to your article.
- Write your article first, but with the right keywords in mind.
- Use the keywords in the title of your blog post and preferably in the first phrase or paragraph.
- Be sure to use keywords in your content towards the top of your page.
- If you use WordPress, edit the post slug so that it contains your keywords.
- Make sure you have the keywords throughout your blog post.
- Keywords should be used in your links.
- Don’t forget to optimize keywords in the pictures you add to your blog posts.
Adding keywords to your blog posts is rather easy isn’t it?
Do you have anything to add?
