There are a couple different reasons for adding border to images in your blog posts.
1. Adding a border to your image might help a visitor recognize that the image is a link.
2. When we put borders around our images, they enhance the look of the photo.
How to add a border to your photos
To add a border to a photo, use the following code.

With a Double Border

Replace photo.jpg with the url to your photo. Replace the 2 px with the width of the border you want. Replace the #000000 with the color of the border you want.
(2px is the size of the border I’m using on the banner below and photos above.)
