Its a classic template so to instale it you need to go to your edit template, edit HTML, under the big box theres a bit that says "revert to classic template"!!

Easiest way to do it in Blogger is add the "Link List" page element, into your layout.
Then you just type in each sites name and URL when adding a new one!! |

On your layout page, click edit and tick the box on the "links to this post" option!!
