This really depends on what you're promoting and how well your site is optimized for SEO. If you hit top spots for good keywords you will get a huge sum of traffic. However, if you have a budget to promote there's always ppc that you can use for major search engines.

There are many ways to increase traffic to your blog. This of course varies from the obvious, which is creating valuable content to commenting on related blogs in your niche. You can Submit articles to ezines like isnare.com and searchwarp.com and include your blog in your byline. Be active on forums. I'd reccomend BlogRush (www.Blogush.com), its slow starting but its passive and once you start getting referrals it really picks up (well for me anyway) _________________ One man´s meandering e-business investigation;

Yeah I heard on another forum that Blogrush can be a bit strict especially if you have advertising but I have had no problems at all! Also there is another site I am currently investigating on my blog called www.yuwie.com which has great potential. _________________ One man´s meandering e-business investigation;

You could try joining Twitter - low maintenance and you can post a " I just updated my blog with a post on ----" type of comment - after you've gained some followers and maybe get some new readers.
Follow me on twitter I'll return the favour
Follow ImGenie on Twitter
There are a lot of people twittering about social media worth following and its the fastest "blog" posting in the west!
Look for local directories perhaps or go offline with a classified. |
