Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and blogging in general and would like to say hi, hello, g'day, bonjour, guten tag, hola, prynhawn da (yes, I'm Welsh, otherwise that particular greeting would never have made it into such exalted a list) as well as shaking all your virtual hands, rubbing all your electronic noses (a la maoris and inuits) kissing all your cyber-cheeks and giving you all great big awkward online embraces (big because I like you, awkward because all you know about me is that I rant multi-lingually)!
You see I was browsing through forum posts on google groups and came across that of a young blogger asking for reviews. I am currently in the process of reviewing each and every blogger's blog who were so kind as to review her's (for the unashamed reason that I hope they reciprocate!). In doing this I came across Rose's blog, which in turn led me here. So I signed up and have come to the introductory section where I read the rather curious back and forth about the strange Canadian thanksgiving feminist cookery debacle. Whilst reading this I also had Rose's blog open and am in the process of writing a short review when I came across the blog post about this very subject!
The whole thing is a conun(turkey)drum(stick) wrapped up in an enigma wrapped up in a turkey but rest assured I will try not to get offended by any other member's stories of cookery or non-cookery for as long as we all may post.
Oh dear, what a long and stupid introduction.
