Does anyone here use blogger.com? Does anyone know why they hide help so much that it's worse than trying to get healthcare from your insurance company? Any idea as to why when you answer their question "I haven't used the blog since 2006, and would like to," their answer is, "if you've forgotten your email, click here?"
NO I HAVEN"T FORGOTTEN IT. Your SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK!!!!
I do not see all my blogs on my "manage sites." I do not see "Basic," or "Settings," or whatever to view any information. I can get to ONE BLOG. I want to get to two others. There doesn't seem to be anyone that can help, or care, or can do anything.
So, I have an old blog. I want to access the blog. I want to change the layout, etc. I want to post new information on it. I set it up in 2005. I cannot access it. Can't do anything to it. Can anyone help at all? |

Are there actual human beans out there? Do you not read? I have DONE all those stupid things. FORGET doesn't work because I haven't forgotten. NO OTHER EMAIL comes up as existing EXCEPT the one that works now. NOTHING ELSE WORKS. The one that does work ONLY SHOWS THE ONE ACCOUNT. I do not understand why google, that captures every single piece of information about a person on the planet, cannot reset the old blog accounts so I can access them. I have spent HOURS screwing around with this.
Now, listen real clearly Mista Compooter. your forget site doesn't work because there is nothing forgotten. I cannot access the blog for whatever reason on your end. I can not do anything. YOU have to do something with it. If you can't, just admit it. "Google is only able to collect information on everything about you and use it to market services. We really don't do anything with Blogger.com, just own it. We can't do anything for you because we assume you have forgotten the information and that's all we can tell you. In fact, that is always our answer: just continue to do the same thing over and over until you give up. We don't know how this works." You know, like the Wizard of Oz. |

What do you mean "no other email comes up"? Comes up where?

That suggests that you might only have 1 blog linked to that particular google account, so your other blogs might be linked to a different google account?
Do you have the URL of the blogs you are trying to log into?
