Okay I now have my blog looking like I want it except for one lil ol' tweak... the space between the title and the body of the blog really bothers me. Can anyone offer advice on how to reduce it?

Which blog are you referring too?

Is it this one http://bookaddictsanonymous.blogspot.com/ ?

If so just a wild guess on the blog - but you need to edit your CSS in the header.

Look for the following CSS class

.entry-content {
margin:0}
.entry-body {padding:5px;}
.entry-footer {
margin:10px 20px 0px 20px;
color:#a77332;
background:url('http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h59/c_stavanger/literary/underline.png') bottom right no-repeat;
text-align:right;
}

And change it to this
