If you receive an invite to Quechup from anyone, delete it. Quechup decided to spam the address book of anyone who signed up for the site without their knowledge.

Your response brought it back up to the top. If you leave a topic alone, it will get pushed further down. If it's pinned, then only the admin or a moderator can unpin it.
