Editing the time stamp won't work because the ping is done when the post is saved and not when the post is published.
Using auto responder and posting via email won't work either because of CAN SPAM act where the auto responder providers add unsubscribe link by default into every outgoing email.
I just wonder if there's any tool or plugin that enables Wordpress auto post?

Do you mean setting posts so they automatically publish on a scheduled date in the future?
Or, do you mean being able to publish through email or something when you're away from the wordpress admin?
I should probably find a plugin for myself to do those so I'll see if I can help  . But I'm confused what you mean..

I mean to do this, Icaterus. Sorry for the confusion.
Time Stamp won't work because it pings when the post is saved, not when it's published.

wordpress sends out pings when you hit save. So if you time stamp for the future and click save it'll ping right then. The actual post won't show up until the future day, but the ping will have gone off when you wrote it. That's how it works right AldianP?
I was searching in google... and I think that pinging problem may have been fixed in 2.1??? Some people were mentioning it in blog comments and things. But I can't find anything on the official wordpress site. That site is a mess lol 
I did find a plugin called pingfix. http://betamode.de/wp-pingfix/#en. That might change the ping thingy. Does anyone know if 2.1 handles future posts differently though, I'm not sure...?

Yes Icaterus.
I haven't tested it again in WP 2.1 though. It's worth to check it.
