Hello Puahawaii, to make an image a clickable link in your sidebar use the html javascript widget.
You'll need to upload the photo to a post in blogger and then click on html to get the path of the image or you can host your photos at photobucket.com. Then click layout, then "Add a Page Element". A window will pop up and you click html/javascript. Click on html and add the following code.
