How do you add the "read more" option to blogger? I get long winded at times and I would like to keep the main page to a minimum.

It's me again...same issue different site. I used the coding provided in my last post without the blogger button portion of the code.
I cannot get the code to work on http://inpgr.blogspot.com
It's not a hinderance but its annoying me I can't figure it out after 2 days.
