There's not much you can do. You can put a copyright notice on your feed posts and that might help a little, because some splogs find feed content and automatically add it to their blogs. You could also set your feed to be a summary instead of the full post so that they won't get the whole article that way.
And if you find that someone has copied your articles, you can contact their host and see if they can take it down. _________________ http://lifewithaguidedog.info |

Well, the first step is to find out if your content is being stolen.
There are many ways for searching for stolen content.
To find copyright violations of your blog content you can use
Copyscape
Google Blog Search
Google Advance Search
IceRocket Blog Search
Publishing your RSS feed on full makes it much easier for the scraper, therefore I recommend setting your RSS feed to short.
If you are using Wordpress I recommend that you install the Feed Copywriter plugin and add a copyright message to the bottom of your feed.
You can also do this in Blogger without the plugin.
If your content has been copied, I suggest sending an email requesting the content be removed.
It is good to use a Creative Commons license on your blog, but that won't stop them from copying. You might also want to add a copyright disclaimer to your blog too.
Splogs on Blogspot can be reported to Blogger through the Report Spam form. If they are using Google Adsense on their blog, report them to Google Adsense. _________________ Help Support Blogger Talk Blogging Community|

i have been to one of the links provided by you for copyright violation and "copyscape" says it does protect so shall i go for it to subscribe it??

Copyscape does not "protect" you from being copied. It finds sites that have copied your content without permission.
Are you using Blogger or Wordpress?
You can add a warning banner from Copyscape to your blog.
Select the banner you like most and Copyscape will generate a code for the banner. Click on Add a “HTML/Javascript” element on your blog and paste the generated code in the “content” section.
To add a copyright to your blog you can use the copyright notice generator to generate a copyright for your blog.
Click "Add a Page Element" in the footer section of the Layout, chose HTML/Javascript and click "Save to blog". Paste the code into the box and click "Save."
If you choose to publish on full, including the entire post in your feed, then you can include a copyright statement and a link to your blog in the feed.
Click on settings , site feed and scroll to the bottom where it says feed item footer. _________________ Help Support Blogger Talk Blogging Community|
