Hi everyone,
I write a political blog and I just landed an interview with a candidate at the state level here in Georgia. This is the first real interview I have run on my site and I am hoping I can use it to get more interviews at this level.
I need your help. I am running the interview in three installments. I have posted the second installment and would love some feedback. This is the first Q and A section of the interview. Any advice you could give me on this post would be greatly appreciated.

Andy,
First of all, congrats on doing the first interview for your site. A good try and certainly well intentioned to let people know the candidate(s) better before voting.
Overall, I'm quite impressed on how you managed the interview. Good idea in expanding to a series-type to avoid lengthy post. I would suggest to have the candidate's picture included before the interview, visual effect is always great especially for lengthy post. Also, I think you did well by notifying the readers what to expect in next interview. I'm sure it'll work fantastically if you do a brief intro on current interview too.  Just a personal opinion.
You did well! Keep up the good work!  |
