I was asked by a hosting client recently if there was a way to add a comment feature to Dynamic Created Pages within WordPress!

How to Add Comments to Dynamic Pages!

First you need to edit the page.php file within your WordPress theme located in:

wp-content/themes/YOUR Theme/page.php

Now open up page.php and look for the last line of code

Code:
<?php endif; ?>


Now add this just underneath it on a new line

Code:
<?php comments_template(); ?>


Now re-upload page.php and you should now have a comment box appear on each of your created dynamic WordPress Pages!

How to Disable Comments on Dynamic Pages

If you don't want visitors to comment on a specific page you can disable comments!

To disable comments on a specific page do the following!

WordPress Admin Panel / Dashboard -> Manage -> Pages

Then click Edit on the page you wish to manage!

Now in the right hand corner you will see a block called 'Discussions,' click the + sign to view the properties and remove the check mark to disable comments and click save!
