There are a few different ways to add music to your blog.
Before we get started, be careful when placing music on your blog. Be
sure that visitors can turn it off.

Automatic Music Player is a music player for WordPress. Simply upload your MP3 and your visitors will be able to listen to music right from your blog.
Blogamp blogamp.com is a web audio player component for bloggers that can be embedded, posted, or launched in a pop-up window.
Stickam - stickam.com allows you to place streaming video, and music on your blog.
Audioblog.com - audioblog.com is a
Podcast, audioblog and videoblog creation tool.
del.icio.us Play Tagger allows you to easily play mp3 files directly on
your blog. http://del.icio.us/help/playtagger
Another option would be to add a simple link to your music.
