Before anyone switches to Blogger Beta I recommend making sure that is the right move for you, because if you should decide to switch to Wordpress you will be unable to import your posts from Blogger beta to Wordpress. You will have to do them all manually. There are a few solutions, but not for the faint at heart or for newbies.

I'm going to move to Wordpress as soon as I have my new blogsite set up. For now I'm sticking with the old blogger. I hope I can still move my posts to wordpress when the time comes.

This is true Rose, but eventually, the plugin for wordpress will be updated so it works with the new blogger as well.

I ended up copying all of my posts manually, but I figured it would be better to do so now than to wait until I have more posts.
I am still on blogger, but I have all of my work backed up on my flash drive which will allow me to run wordpress from it (it has an app that will work like an apache server). I am going to switch once I have a new destination (my own hosting), and then it will be permanent. Wordpress has many more options for handling all of the possible options. It is much better than Blogger. |

This is true, I emailed one of the developers and they feel blogger did this intentionally as a direct result to stop users from leaving or importing their blogs to other blogging platforms!
However they have been working on it for a while now and are still trying to see if they can resolve or find a work around to solve the issues, but are unsure as to win or if they will!

I just set up a blog on blogger yesterday. I went beta today .oooops. I saw the info on wordpress, i thot maybe i should ask now before i have alot on there.
I am already wondering how i get things that i write, or things i may want to quote to the blog. |

I would avoid any kind of traffic exchange program. I guess these are just for short time gain. I think its better to improve the contents or implement any new idea. I am not advising here, just expressing my thought, and trying the same for my blog also.
