WordPress 2.3 was released today with lots of exciting new features including tagging, plugin update notification, URL handling improvements, and much more.

And I highly recommend it. One thing about the new tagging feature:
Tagging is now built in to 2.3 but does not include any sort of tagging interface such as UTW, Simple Tagging and Jerome's keywords does. There are three plugins at present to add this sort of functionality.
Advanced Tag Entry (adds tagging section to the editor page)
Click Tags (adds a clickable tag cloud under the WP editor's write field)
Tag Managing Thing (who else but the author of UTW made this one)
