Adding RSS Feeds to Blogger is rather easy.
First log into Blogger
Click on Layout
Click Add a Page Element
Scroll until you see Feed- Click on "Add to Blog."
Next paste the feed url in the "Configure Feed" box that appears.
Click continue.
A message will appear that Blogger is retrieving the
feed.
Once the feed is retrieved by blogger, you can now customize it:
Create a title for the feed.
Choose to show between 1 and 5 items.
Click in the box to include item dates.
Click in the box to include sources and authors.
Now click "Save Changes."
Click and drag the RSS feed box to where you want it to appear on
your blog.
Click View Blog, to see the RSS feed that you have just added.

after adding this "gadget" , will my email id b disclosed 2 the subscriber ??
coz no more spam mails from spammers ...... |

I don't think so
spam mails are automated mails that's why we are always receiving them
