This blog is devoted to my journey in weight loss. Join me in my quest & watch me as I shed weight before your very eyes.
As I go along, I may also from time to time post some videos of interest which might not only be of use to me in my journey, but hopefully YOURS as well.
MY POLITICAL BLOG (Link soon to be changed)
This was the blog I just finished merging last night. As such, I need to rename it and give it a new Blogger subdomain).
This is a blog of my musings, rants, and raves about politics other things that I deem appropriate for blogging. Though much of what you see is originally produced content, I will occasionally post other content as well if deemed appropriate and worthy of space.
The blog is also an effort to stop the spin machine of the Republican party & its corporate media allies and challenge spoon-fed thinkers who are merely IiNO (Intellectuals In Name Only). Sometimes this blog will also be used to compliment my Internet Radio & TV shows (Both entitled The Pat Cook Show).
