Someone mail me asking to exchange links,I agree because I always thought link exchange will help increase traffic for both parties.But this guy later mail me saying he will click twice on my ads daily and wanted me to do the same on his ads..I decline and he told me what kind of a person I am because these are the things all people are doing!  is it true?

So far i haven't encounter anyone who would like to click his ads on his blog. Just say "NO" to it and if in the future somebody will email you again, It's ok to exchange links but NO further agreements
