I now know how to install a template and I have you to thank for that. So...
Thank you.
I realized that I'll be opening a few more 'how to' threads, so I figured I could just change the name of this one to fit everything and I guess it could be moved to wherever it should go.
Some things off the top of my head to do include:
Setting up the e-mail stuff so I can receive e-mails right in Thunderbird for the new e-mail address I'll be creating for the site.
Doing several things with WP.
A bunch of other crap too that I'll have to get back to you on. |

That's funny, I actually came on here to ask a question about legal terms and such.
By no means to I want to claim property of other writers' work, but I guess it does look that way. I've basically gone all over to different sites, blogs, and everything in between to look at their legal terms. See, I don't know what I am supposed to have and not and how to word it all.
I went looking for sites that would tell me how to do this, but I couldn't find any. Is there some sort of site that will help me with this out there that I was unable to find?
And thanks for looking over my site! I am far from done, but soon I think I'll go to the review forum and see what everyone thinks of it. |

Mike, you only need to ask then for the non-exclusive right to publish and archive their work for the purposes of making it available to the general public.
There is a great article by Moira Allen on Todays-Woman.net about understanding rights and copyright.
I too was confused about what rights to request and had several people look over our rights at Todays-Woman.net including two lawyers.
