I took a look at this and it seems like it's mostly for people who do a lot of photography. I say this because it's by invitation only right now, but they do allow you to fill out a survey about how you'd feel using their service. The majority of their questions are about whether you have ever hosted with any other stock photo sites. Whether you've paid to use someone else's photos or been paid yourself. Stuff like that.
