Please tell me how to get my archive list and gadget on the right side of my blog. I can only get them at the bottom of my list of posts or at the top under the header.

Well, it appears as though your right column is too wide. Have you adjusted it at all? With the templates on Blogger, the columns are measured to fit precisely under the title bar, the exact width of the title bar. You can make things wider, but you have to adjust both the main body of the blog (where your entries appear) and the side bar widths.
