The blog looks good and the posting's not bad with images. The one thing you're missing out on is PR due to networking and/or Meta Keywords not in your header tag.
Try adding some keywords in your Meta tags, and add your MyBlogLog or Blogcatalog widget if you're a member of either. If you're not, I'd join and add the widget...you can always take it off if you're not getting any traffic from it.
