I used the 'invitation' method to invite one blog to join the other, but I really want to use one login to manage both blogs (i.e. Posts, Layout, Settings, View). Currently when I go to my dashboard, I cannot see the Layout tab for one of them.
Is it possible? If so, how, please? Thanks for any tips. |

Go to the dashboard for your main blog, or whichever of the two is older. Up in the top right corner of the dashboard, you'll see a link called create a blog. Use that to add new blogs.
The invite is only for inviting other people to be contributors to your blog. |

I tried that but it appears to be only for NEW blogs, not ones that already exist. I want to simply have one login to see dashboards for both blogs. Thanks, anyway. |

| I've never tried this but did you grant 'admin permissions' to both blogs/authors? Perhaps if both sign in accounts are authors with admin permissions on the other's blog then that will solve your problem. Just a guess. | I can do everything with a single sign-on EXCEPT see the 'Layout' tab on both. I thought I did give all permission to both, but ...... ??? |

| Jane are both blogs under the same Google account? If they are then they should both already be showing on your dashboard. |

No, afraid not. They both DO show on my dashboard, but for one of them I don't get the 'Layout' tab. When I set it up, I tried to set it up under the same google account but must have been doing something wrong as it wouldn't let me. I kept getting the message that I couldn't use the same email or user! I think I'm just going to have to live with it..... but it's really a frustration. |

| You're only going to see the layout for one of the two because Blogger considers you the original designer of one of them and just a contributor of the other. So... as I said before, sign into one of the accounts and do the create a new blog that's at the top of the Dashboard screen. As also previously mentioned, you'll have to start over with one of them, which is why I suggested that you keep the one you have the greater number of posts for and start anew with the other. If you don't want to do this, then yes, you will have to live with it as it is. |
