Hi, and thanks for the welcome!
My husband and I operates 2 eCommerce sites from the jungle... We started those sites in Canada before moving here and have had a hard time since we had to give up/remove our toll free number... business has gone down by a lot 
That toll free number didn't used to ring much, but it seems that by just having it there, it gives people more confidence in placing orders. It's all psychological I guess!
