Okay, I've been working on skinning the forum I have for my site (phpBB2). After I skinned it--to my likings for now--I noticed something.
It says that the board was created:
01 Jan 1970 12:00 am
How do I change this? And when I do this, will it automatically change the join date of my account on the forum as well since it is set at 1970 too?
And any opinions of colour and such of the forum will be accepted and deeply considered. The forum can be found here:

I don't use phpBB much so Shawn will probably know better, but I think you will have to edit the database to correct these. I have just registered and it shows today's date so that should give you a reference point for the date code's if you want to change them.

Do you want me to be honest? Those colors are ugly. It looks like someone vomited on your board. No offence young pup. Shawn is extremely busy so you will have to wait until he has some free time to jump in and assist you. You know if you need PHPBB help you are really at the wrong place. LOL You should join Shawn’s website invision-graphics.com, but again you'll be waiting as his paid clients come first.
