You can see a list of recently updated blogs here.

You can also Browse Profiles by clicking on your interests in your profile page.

EX- Blogging Profiles - http://www.blogger.com/profile-find.g?t=i&q=Blogging

If you are looking for a specific subject replace the word Blogging with whatever you are looking for.

If you are looking for bloggers with an interest in computers include the word computers to the end of your posts-

http://www.blogger.com/profile-find.g?t=i&q=computers

The Browse Profile results are tuned to show you people who have recently updated their blogs.

If you haven’t filled out your profile, I recommend you do so.

Remember that your interests are links to other blogspot bloggers who also list the same interest.

You can also click on the next blog in your navigation menu but users have reported they get a lot of spam that way.
