I find that sometimes when i try to download images to "blogger" it will not happen, is there a limit to the size of a posting, or how many images to a post.

I've never had any problems with the amount of images I use on my blog but I never upload them to blogger directly. I use photobucket to store all my images and then I use the add image URL option.
Photobucket is free to use:

Never used blogger, but they probably do have limits of some sort or their servers would be full of people's images and it would cost them a fortune for more servers. Not used photobucket either, but there are a few good image sites like it our there. How long do they keep your images online for Stu?? _________________ Bob! |

According to their terms, "When you upload an image, it is resampled and resized according to the size you choose in the upload form. This lets it take up less space on the server. You can fill up to 300 MB of server space with images."
If you're using ftp to upload your images and your blog isn't hosted at blogspot the overall number of images you can post may be more limited. According to their terms "The images they host for you can only be displayed on Blog*Spot sites."
In the past, a number of bloggers have had trouble uploading photos to blogger and therefore resulted to an off site host for hosing of images.
We recommend photobucket.com
I hope this was helpful in answering your questions.

| I'm the third to agree with the use of Photobucket.com. I've been using it for quite a while and it's never messed up on me. They do videos now too, which is very handy. |

I've not had to remove any of the images I have put on Photobucket for use on my blog yet. _________________

I've had quite a bit of trouble with images and blogger. Sometimes after uploading you get the 'done' button. After pressing this the code normally appears in the text. BUT not all the time for me. Sometimes it just doesn't do anything. I'll come back another day or another time and it works fine.
The strange thing is that they do actually get uploaded. As I host my own site and can manually sort it out so that they are displayed but I think the fault is to do with the html code appearing in the content.
I live with it I guess. _________________ www.spitfiredesignstudio.com (business)
