True blogging... not very often. Most of my blogs lately would have been more suited as pages, but WP doesn't seem to allow comments on pages and I'm hoping for some discussion on them over time. _________________ Bob! |

It's probably down to the template as I've just had an idea. I bet all you have to do is add the comment code from the post template to the pages one. Will try later and see if it works as I also have comment enabled. _________________ Bob! |

In reply to the original question, I've been making an effort to blog about once a day, either on my own homepage or on the MetroBlogging Vancouver forum. In actuality, it's more like four or five times a week. I've come to the conclusion that jnarvey.COM isn't really going to draw in big numbers required to really get in the advertisers. Its a home page where I rant about politics - that's pretty much it.
As for my teaching site, I've let the thing fizzle. Between my day job and my other projects, I barely have enough time to blog as is.
That said, my next blogging project will be a web 2.0 type of forum where other people contribute to the site. Frankly, I'm tired of doing all the heavy work. I'll let you know when its up and running. _________________ http://jnarvey.com |

I try to blog at least twice a week minimum but I don't always find it easy. I'm really a very fast writer and sometimes it will take me more then one day to come up with a post that I am happy with. Plus I then have to draw a cartoon for each one which makes the process take longer. _________________

I think I am starting more blogs than I am writing in them. I am still struggling to find a format that suits me. The realityphilosophy was a good start for me. But I am looking for a more narrative format so I can practice my writing skills.
I saw that there was a |philosophy" category, so I submitted my new philosophical site. This site will provide me with a more narrative style of writing, but because the subject matter will still be of a philosophical nature, I provided some information on it and of course, provided a link back here. I hope you've had a chance to peek at it Rose.

Bob, I'll take a look at your new blog, but would you mind posting it in the review section? I'd like to keep each thread on topic.
I too have created a new blog as you know. I update it daily and I have a ghost blogger who helps. LOL ( Don't ask lol)
I'm in the process of creating two more blogs, but we will keep them secrets for now. I just hope that I have time to update them all. _________________ Help Support Blogger Talk Blogging Community|

| At this point in my blogging, it isn't so much about how often I blog or how many posts I create per day as it is about the amount of time per day that I spend blogging. I would say on average, that I spend 90 minutes to 2 hours per day creating content and responding to comments on the various blogs that I run. |

When I make a blog entry the writing can take me a very long time. I’m not always happy with what I type. It might even take a few days to get it right but drawing the cartoons to go with it can take between 1-2 hours. _________________

| I try to post a new entry every 2 to 3 days. If I post something I am really interested in getting comments on (shameless plug--like the post I have up right now) then I will leave it up a little longer. I don't factor in responding to comments in the minimum every 2 to 3 days. |
