Have you updated your blog, but you’re not seeing the changes.
This is because you are most likely seeing the older version of your blog, as returned by your web browser, rather than the updates that you’ve just made. Your browser stores copies of your blog in the browser cache on your computer. On return to your blog it loads quickly, because it is retrieved from the cache copy rather than the Internet.
First, refresh the published blog in your browser, to make sure it is showing you the most recent version, and not a cached copy.
If you’re still not seeing the changes then at the end of your blog’s url type a question mark ‘?’ without the quotation marks and hit enter.
Example: http://rosedesrochers.todays-woman.net/?
This forces a fresh copy of your blog through a proxy cache to your browser. This will not work if the web address already has a question mark on the end of it and this does not refresh the cached copy of your blog. It just adds another cached version of your blog to your computer so the next time that you want to see updates on your blog you might need to add another question mark or a number after the question mark.
If this doesn’t work in order to see changes to your blog you may need to manually clear your browser cache.
To do this in FireFox from the browser menu, select Tools - Options - Privacy - Cache and select Clear.
In Microsoft IE, go to Tools - Internet Options- Temporary Files. Select Delete Files. Click ok.
In Mozilla 1.x and up Select Edit- Preferences - Advanced and select Cache and Clear Cache.
In Netscape Select Edit - Preferences - Advanced. Choose Cache and select both Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
In Opera- Select Edit – File- Preferences- History and Cache and select Cache.
In Safari- Click 'Safari tab at the top of your screen. Scroll down to 'Empty Cache.' A window will pop up asking if you want to empty the cache. Select the 'empty' button.
After clearing your cache, you will want to reboot your computer.
Clearing your Web browser cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of Web pages and blogs that you visit.
If you are still having trouble seeing updates, try viewing your blog with another browser and make sure that you’ve actually published the blog post and not set it as draft.

Thats a good tip I wonder where she heard that from 
Anyway here is another way to clear you DNS cache to also help with this issue of not being able to see your blog updates!
Go to Start -> Run and type cmd and hit enter!
Now type C:\ and hit enter, you should just have a C: prompt!
Now lets clear the DNS cache
type the following
ipconfig/flushdns
You should now get the follwing message

Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache. |
Now type exit and hit Enter to exit!
