| hi everyone. i am new with adsense. i just started my blog less than 2 weeks old. can anyone help me get a page rank? i dont know how to get it easily. anyone who knows the secret? |

These are several method for you to increase your Pagerank. One factor is link popularity. The best way to increase your link popularity and improve your search engine ranking is through inbound links. Submit your blog to as many directories as you can. Request a link exchange with other bloggers.
Also keep it mind that to a search engine spider bot, your blog with the www and without the www are different urls and, therefore, different pages. When requesting bloggers to link to you, you will have to decide what url to use- with the www or without.

Phew where to start 
Well for starters prepare your blog and make it as SEO friendly as possible!
Insure you have included ALT tags on all images and Title tags for plain links where you can, using your keyword and phrases related to what it is you offer.
Also insure that you have Meta keywords & description tags, Title Tags in place so search engines can properly index your pages...
Also try submitting and claiming your blog at Technocrat and ping it at PingAGoat. These services are great for getting your pages indexed quickly!
Plus Rose already mentioned it, get link partners. Start a Blogroll asking other bloggers that you VISIT to swap links with you.
Plus submitting your link to Blog Directories is always a plus as it's a good way to establish quick backlinks in a short amount of time!

Of course, the most important thing is to have good content, such that people don't mind linking to you.
Then, as people have said above, get in various directories. Many of them will give you a free link (as long as you quality for entry). One way to get on peoples blogrolls is to leave useful comments on blogs that are related to yours.
Don't expect the big players to notice you, but smaller blogs are generally quick to notice your comments, visit your site and exchange blogroll links if you keep visiting each others blogs.
Another thing you can do is look for blog carnivals. These can be a good way to find other bloggers that are actively promoting their own sites and get them to link to you (and you to them). You'll have to create a post suitable for submission to any carnivals you try to participate in.
If you have any web sites or personal pages, you can of course link to your other sites.
