Good SEO. Linking to other blogs. Posting useful comments on other blogs (not spam). Forum signatures. Those are the only things I use. _________________ http://lifewithaguidedog.info |

| I have had a big increase in traffic this week (by big, I mean like double). I think the only thing I am doing different is trying to focus on better content. Don't know if that answer really helps. |

Getting involved with my local blogging ring was by far the best thing I ever did. And by getting involved I mean leaving good comments on other blogs, joining discussions and not just pinging and running.
Surprisingly did not increase traffic? Getting named blog of the week by a local alternative weekly. It did in the short run, but I don't think many of those readers stayed. _________________ done but with errors |

I find visiting forums generate a lot of visits for me but I've not had a lot of time to do it lately. _________________
