I used to use MSN hotmail for quite a few years but then a friend invited me to Gmail and I havent looked back. Capacity was the main reason I switched, plus gmail seems to have better spam protection. Furthermore, I love the branched tree of e-mails that is created when you have continuous correspondence with a certain contact. It makes keeping track of your correspondence much easier and dare I say fun!
On the other hand, I do prefer the MSN hotmail interface, at least layout wise. I think this is the only part of Gmail that is severely lacking and certain important functions are not as as well mapped as they are on MSN. A major overhaul of the design/look of gmail is long overdue... _________________ Have a look at : http://deadpoolstrikesback.blogspot.com/

| I've been using Gmail. I really like it. Without being too gushy..I really like google products. It is well thought out and it works. Their new Document feature is great too. I can write posts with Documents and it automatically will publish it for me on my blog.... |

I like Gmail, but lately it's been hard to load -- must have something to do with my never cleaning out my inbox. Lately I've been using my old Yahoo address I've had for eight years.
Worst by far was Lycos. _________________ done but with errors |

I use Gmail and Hotmail. Gmail is better for the mailing lists I'm on, because it displays emails by conversation. I use Hotmail for most personal email. _________________ http://lifewithaguidedog.info |

| I use hotmail. Why? Because I am lazy, and I don't feel loved if I miss a few emails from Africa with a financial oppurtunity I can't miss. |

I used to use hotmail and I still do but only when signing up for some where that might send me spam mail. Now I use gmail as my main email service. I just really like it features and spam filter. _________________

| Gmail is now my main service. I was a die-hard Yahoo fan for years, but somewhere along the lines, Google really did sway me away a bit. I still use Yahoo often, but not for my mail....mainly for my "MyYahoo" page and RSS feeds actually. I also still use hotmail, but I think I would've let that account die long ago, too, had it not been for my use of MSN messenger. I've got a school address that I have to use, too, but 95% of my email is still done through Gmail. |

| I too use a couple of gmail addresses for non-blogging related purposes. But I find that some sites block all gmail addresses, so if I want to register at one of those sites, I need to use a different address. |
