According to an internet marketing study in Gothenburg University, blogs receive more traffic in a company website compared to About Us or History pages.  That is why blogs are becoming a big source of income for internet marketers. Each time you link to a blog outside your own,  from a search engine like Google’s perspective, you are giving credit to that site. By linking to a site, you’re telling Google that you trust it. Every-time you link to a site you pass on some link juice, therefore you may just be leaking PR.

When your  blogroll is on your sidebar it shows up on every page and post on your blog. Every time you create a new blog post, you create a new link as well. (more…)
